You have a choice of a traditional breakfast using local bacon and sausages, a Welsh breakfast where you can sample laverbread and homemade Glamorgan sausage, and, as always we offer a vegetarian option.

Dinner is delicious!
Most evenings we cook, but we need to know if you would like dinner when you make your booking.  We offer a short seasonal menu that changes daily and always includes a vegetarian option. We use fresh local produce and some organic supplies.  We do ask you to make your choices for dinner in the morning as we shop daily.

Our coffee and tea is Fairtrade and we use Fairtrade juice & biscuits in our packed lunches.
