As we have already mentioned, the area attracts many visitors for a variety of reasons but it also hosts a number of specific events throughout the year:-

BRECON JAZZ FESTIVAL - This is now a world-renowned event and has become more and more popular over the years. It attracts some 50,000 visitors and is held over a week-end in August. For more details go to http://www.breconjazz.co.uk/
