Cancellation Policy
In the UK, a legally binding contract is entered into when booking accommodation either verbally or in writing. We have a right in law to claim reimbursement for any loss resulting from a cancellation or no show. We operate a cancellation policy, as follows.
If you cancel your booking 7 days or less, before your arrival date we reserve the right to charge 50% of the booking. If we are able to re-let the room we will not make a charge. If you cancel your booking or part of your booking, 24 hours or less before your arrival day, we will charge the full cost.

Insurance
It is advisable to take out insurance cover against possible cancellation due to illness or other unavoidable circumstances.

Arrival and Departure
Rooms will be ready for occupation by 4.30pm on day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure.
